EXCHANGE POLICY.

Any final decision with regarding to exchange rests with the VASTHRALAYA BY DHRUVA Online Team. Kindly read the policy before purchasing.

1. Exchange is possible only within 7 days from the date of delivery. Exchanges are possible once for any given order.

2. Exchange is allowed only once.

No exchange is possible for Party-wear.

3. Exchange is possible only for a size change or if there is damage in the product sold.

4. Kindly mail us at vasthralaya2024@gmail.com.com within 7 days of receipt of the garment for any exchange, to help you process the return faster. prior intimation will help a smoother exchange process.

5. Refunds will not be possible.

6. The garment should be fresh with the price tags intact.
